ORDER

The present revision petition has been filed by the defendants in O.S.No.284 of 2020 on the file of Sub Court, Theni for expeditious disposal of the above said suit.

2. A perusal of the records indicate that the pleadings have been completed and it is posted for trial. Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2020 and the prayer is for declaration of title and recovery of possession, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit on or before 31.12.2024 after giving due opportunity to both the parties.

3. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
