[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents either to close or to shift the TASMAC retail Shop No.5209 situated at just opposite to Mattuthavani MGR Bus stand and in front of High Court Staff Quarters within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents 2, 4 and 5 and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 3 and 6.

3. Though the petitioner has sought for a larger relief, taking note of the pendency of the representation dated 14.04.2018, we direct the respondent No.5 to dispose it of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
