O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Alleging that the proposed high tension line would cause hindrance and inconvenience to the agricultural lands and the proposed construction of school, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 would submit that they are not the competent authority to consider the representation made and the competent authority is the Assistant Executive Engineer, General Construction Circle, Kamuthi, Ramanathapuram District.

3.In view of the same, we dispose of the writ petition, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the aforesaid authority. As and when representation is made, the said authority will have to consider the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. No costs.
