Respondents Prayer: Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the corpus or body of the detenu namely Marudhu alias Marudhupandian aged about 23 years, son of Senthilperumal before this Court and set him at liberty from the illegal custody of the third respondent in accordance with law.

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner has filed this petition seeking production of the detenu from the illegal custody of the third respondent and set him at liberty.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the detenu is in judicial custody in connection with the case registered in Crime No.271 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Section 397 IPC on the file of the third respondent respondent. He has also produced a copy of the FIR before this Court.
