RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court by its order dated 12.08.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6966 of 2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.KRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Court, while granting bail to the petitioner by order dated 12.08.2020, imposed a condition to the effect that the petitioner should report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Seeking to relax the condition, the present petition has been filed.

2. Heard both sides.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.
