The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct survey and demarcate the petitioner's lands by disposing of the petitioner's representation, dated 03.04.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the official respondents.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to dispose of the petitioner's survey application, after putting on notice the petitioner and the 3rd respondent as well and after hearing any objections if any of the 3rd respondent and disposing of the 3rd respondent's objections, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In the event of the 3rd respondent's objections touching upon the issues of title, then it shall be open to the 1st respondent to relegate the parties to the competent Civil Court.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
