O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent to pass suitable order for change of investigation on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.04.2025 from the file of the third respondent to some other agency within the period stipulated by this court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the complaint of the petitioner was closed after enquiry. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. This Court heard both sides and perused the records.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed preserving the liberty Page No. 2 of 4

to the petitioner to challenge the closure report, in the manner known to law.
