ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, submitted that there are no encroachments, as alleged by the petitioner.

2. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition stands closed. However, if the petitioner is able to get any materials to substantiate his case, it is well open to him to work out the remedy, in the manner known to law. No costs.
