RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No.8413/2020 dated 14.08.2020 in connection with Crime No.692/2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.A.S.PRABHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court, while granting bail to the petitioner by order dated 14.08.2020, imposed a condition to the effect that the petitioner should report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Seeking to relax the condition, the present petition has been filed.

2. Heard both sides.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.4826 of 2020 on the petitioner is, hereby, modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
