Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.ARAVINTHAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court, by order dated 12.06.2020, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6148 of 2020, directed the petitioners to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.

I, Madurai, with two sureties, within a period of eight weeks from the date on which the order copy was made ready. According to the petitioners, due to lock down owing to COVID-19 pandemic situation, the petitioners were unable to execute the sureties, within the stipulated time and hence, the present petition has been filed seeking extension of time.

CRL MP(MD) No.4824 of 2020 granted by this Court vide order dated 12.06.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6148 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today.
