No. 1128 of 2020 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram and transfer the same to the file of any Magistrate Court in Tirunelveli District.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order of dismissal dated 02.07.2021 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.No.2029 of 2021 and order to withdraw the case in C.C. No.1128 of 2020 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram and transfer the same to the file of any Magistrate Court in Tirunelveli District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today,the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) represented that already due to change of Government another Public Prosecutor was appointed and now the said Palani Sankar was not holding the post of Public Prosecutor and thereby the petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
