Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd Respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.3193/2012/F1 dated 30.09.2016 and quash the same as illegal and without jurisdiction.
