Prayer in crl mp(md) no 9236/2023 :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filled under section 482 of Cr PC. to Extend the time for a period of three months to complete the investigation and to file a final report as per the directions given by this Honourable High Court by tis order dt 19.09.2022 made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15937/2022 and thus render justice Prayer in crlop (md) no 15937/2023 This Criminal Original Petition filled under section 482 of Cr PC to direct to transfer the investigation of the cases in Crime No.279/2022 pending on the file of the Respondent Police to some other competent investigation agency more particularly the Inspector of Police CBCID Trichy/R4 herein.
