enquiry on the representation dated 02.03.2019 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders to evict the 5th respondent from the Patta land of the petitioner which is situate at Plot No.35, Block number 353 at Kurunganathattu, Nallur Village, Tiruchendur Taluk, Tuticorin District.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof the order of this Court dated 15/12/2022 made in W.P(MD)No.6679 of 2019 and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif(FAC), Tiruchendur, vide D.No.369/2023, dated 03/11/2023, this Court made the following order:

"The learned District Munsif (FAC), Tiruchendur, sent a letter dated 03.11.2023, requesting extension of further time of six months to dispose of O.S.No.98 of 2019, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 15.12.2022.
