PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to conduct proper evaluation by considering single brick work building and pay compensation for proposed acquisition of petitioner's building and land in Survey Number-125/30B at Sirudhur Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District for the construction of bridge and formation of four line for NH-785 from Pandian Hotel to Kadavur, Madurai District by the first respondent/land acquisition authority based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2019 within the stipulated time.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to conduct proper evaluation, by considering single brick work building and pay compensation for proposed acquisition of petitioner's building and land in Survey Number-125/30B at Sirudhur Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District, for the construction of bridge and formation of four line for NH-785 from Pandian Hotel to Kadavur, Madurai District, by the first respondent/land acquisition authority, based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2019.

W.P.(MD)No.6709 of 2019 3.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2019, the first respondent has passed the final order and the copy of the said order has also been received by the petitioner.
4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of. If the petitioner is being aggrieved by the order of the first respondent, under the provision of the Act, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the same, in the manner known to law. No costs.
