*********** [Order of the Court was made by R.HEMALATHA, J.] It is the case of the petitioner that her daughter Anitha aged about 20 years went missing from 25.05.2022 and that the police are not taking effective steps to secure her. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition with the above prayer. 2.Heard Mr.A.Senthil Kumar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 3.Today, Mr.K.Chinnadurai [Mobile No.9498186470] Head Constable, Alangudi Police Station, Pudukkottai District, is present before this Court and he produced Anitha and one Deemoththau Simonraj. The petitioner was not present before us. 4.When we inquired Anitha, she stated that her date of birth is 26.05.2002 and that her mobile number is 6380082688. H.C.P.[MD]No.979 of 2022 married to him on 30.05.2022 and they have also registered their marriage. They are presently residing at Door No.252, Mandalakottai Village, Keelakkurichi, Thanjavur District. She further stated that she is not in the illegal custody of anyone. 5.However, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that an opportunity may be given to the petitioner to meet her daughter. 6.Accepting the same, we direct the respondent police to arrange for a meeting of the petitioner with her daughter and Deemoththau Simonraj in the their Police Station on 29.06.2022 at 10.30 a.m.
