Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.LENIN KUMAR T, Advocate for the petitioners and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. At the time of granting anticipatory bail, the second petitioner delivered a baby, due to which, the petitioners are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.M.P(MD).No.6163 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.380 of 2022 dated 19.05.2022.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 19.05.2022 in Crl.M.P(MD).No.6163 of 2022 Crl.O.P(MD) No.380

of 2022 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
