Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.LENIN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crimal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.M.P(MD)No.6161 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.3682 of 2022 dated 19.05.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties, since the petitioner is unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

3. This is the second time, the petitioner prays to extend the time limit and this Court has already extended the time. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order in Crl.M.P(MD) No.6161 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.3682 of 2022 is extended finally for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
