901 dated 08/11/2022 From Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Karaikudi, this Court made the following order: This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.19 2019. 2.This Court already dismissed the Criminal Revision Case by order dated 24.06.2022 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in C.C.No.19 2019, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the learned Sessions Judge, requests further time to dispose of the said case. 3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted to dispose of the case in C.C.No.19 2019.
