Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the petitioner's land in Dindigul District, Kujiliamparai Taluk, Vempur Village, Kovilur Survey No.351/B9 and 352/1B2 by considering the petitioner representation dated 22.07.2021 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

The petitioner states that she owns properties in Survey Nos.351/B9 and 352/1B2, Vempur Village, Kovilur, Kujiliamparai Taluk, Dindigul District. According to the petitioner, respondents 3 and 4 conducted a survey in respect of the aforesaid properties on or about 20.03.2021. However, they did not fix the boundaries thereof. The present writ petition is filed for such purpose.

2. Mr.R.Baskaran, learned counsel for the State, accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents and submits that the third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.13353 of 2021 and fourth respondents may be directed to carry out the exercise requested for by the petitioner within a specific time frame.

3. Accordingly, without going into the merits of the matter, the third and fourth respondents are directed to survey the land in Survey Nos.351/B9 and 352/1B2 and fix the boundaries thereof after putting all affected parties on notice. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. W.P.(MD).No.13353 of 2021 is disposed of on these terms without any order as to costs.
