O R D E R

The petitioner seeks a survey of his property bearing Survey No.1614/21, Madathupatti Village, Kadayanallur Taluk, Tenkasi District.

2. The petitioner traces his title to the aforesaid property to a registered settlement deed dated 22.07.2019 bearing Document No.1689 of 2019. He also states that patta No.1420 was issued to him in respect of the said property. In spite of submitting an application for purposes of surveying and marking the boundaries of his property on 02.03.2021, the petitioner states that no action has been taken thereon.

3. Mr.R.Baskaran, learned counsel for the State, accepts notice on behalf of both the respondents and states that the respondents herein would consider and dispose of the petitioner's application within a reasonable time frame.

4. Accordingly, the respondents herein are directed to carry out a survey of the petitioner's property bearing Survey No.1614/21, Madathupatti Village, Kadayanallur Taluk, Tenkasi District and mark the boundaries thereof within a period of three https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

(3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after putting all affected parties on notice.
