Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to provide a scan copy of an answer sheet for the Economics subject of the petitioner's son, namely G.R.Balaji who was applied his +1 Higher Secondary Examination for the academic year of March 2020 and consequently direct the respondents to revaluate the same within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to provide a scan copy of the answer sheet of the petitioner's son, namely G.R.Balaji, for the Economics subject and to revaluate the same.

W.P.(MD)No.12785 of 2020 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that pending writ, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2020, the respondents have rejected the claim of the petitioner and passed the rejection order. Hence, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid rejection order, by way of filing a fresh writ petition before this Court.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with such liberty. No costs.
