PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to take necessary action on the basis of representation given by the petitioner dated 21.03.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action on the basis of representation given by the petitioner dated 21.03.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.According to the petitioner, due to family dispute, she sent a representation dated 21.03.2025 to the respondent police, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's earlier representation was closed after enquiry. Now the present representation is under consideration with the fourth respondent and they will conduct 2/5

enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law. 4.Recording the said submission that the petitioner's representation is pending with the fourth respondent, this Court directs the fourth respondent to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties. 5.With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
