O R D E R

Though the petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 3 and 4 to correct the extent in TSLR pertaining to T.S.No.307/4B and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 18.07.2023, on perusal of records, I find that the request of the petitioner was only in respect of removal of entry Vandipathai and to restore the pattadhars name as originally stood earlier.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has made an application on 18.07.2023 and the same is pending for past two years, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to conduct due enquiry and dispose of the petitioner's application seeking correction of the classification, on merits 2/4

and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
