The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 28.03.2025 regarding issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. The petitioner has made an application on 28.03.2025 based on the judgment and decree in O.S.No.73 of 2009 before the District Munsif Court, where a decree of permanent injunction has been granted in favour of the petitioner on 14.03.2014. The same has also become final.

4. Considering the above, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application, dated 28.03.2025 and pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and other interested parties, taking into account the decree in favour of the petitioner, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
