issue an order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to take up the investigation of the Crime No.3 of 2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent and recover the swindled amount of Rs.14,25,75,000/- from the accused in the said crime number and handed over to the petitioners within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
