The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to admit and select in anyone of the shown vacant posts for the post of Typist-Group-IV in the Most Backward Class Community Category Tamil Medium in the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission Vacancy Position List in its Proceedings Notification No.23/2017, dated 14.11.2017 in the light of G.O.(Ms) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the State and the learned counsel appearing for the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission made a submission that the process of selection was already concluded and selected candidates were appointed. This being the factum, the writ petition filed questioning the terms and conditions stipulated in the recruitment notification deserves no merit consideration. However, if any other grievance exists for the petitioner, it is left open him to approach the competent authority. 3.
