No.788/2018/ A3 dated 04.05.2022 demanding collection of license fee for the 2nd year period 2022-2013 for Coakers Walk entry fee in hill Station Kodaikanal and quash the same and consequently direct the 4th respondent to receive a sum of Rs.30,73,683/- after deducting loss caused due to the 147 days lockdown Covid-19 and Omicron periods or to extend the said days for the 3rd year 2023-2024 lease period.
