ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging a notice issued under Section 90 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983, on 23.01.2019.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent brought to the notice of the Court that proceedings have been already completed and award has been passed on 27.09.2021. In such view of the matter, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the writ petition.
