This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.04.2025 and conclude the same.

2.According to the petitioner, due to money dispute, she sent a complaint dated 09.04.2025 to the second respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's complaint is under consideration with the second respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass orders.

5.Considering the prayer of the petition, recording the said submission that the petitioner's complaint is pending with the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's complaint dated 09.04.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties. 6.With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
