COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.03 of 2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 505(1), (b) IPC r/w Section 66 D of Information Technology Act, 2008, have filed these petitions seeking anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the first accused has sent a fake job recruitment advertisement in the name of TNPL through whatsapp to his friend and the message was spread to public. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 2/4

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that earlier this Court has granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners with a direction to co-operate for the investigation. Based on that, the petitioners have appeared before the respondent police and sought time for producing certain documents. Thereafter, they have failed to appear and produce the relevant documents, before the respondent police.

5. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioners and these petitions are liable to be dismissed. However, the learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle. Accordingly, these criminal original petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
