ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 2 to 4 from providing police protection to Respondents 5 and 6 without hearing the petitioner in respect of the property of Peer Mohammed Oliyulla Dargah.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 26.02.2021, the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 04.03.2021.

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
