The revision petitioners are the legal representatives of the original plaintiff. The suit itself is of the year 2005. To enforce the decree passed in the suit, Execution Petition was filed way back in the year 2013. It is pending for more than 5 years. Therefore, the learned Additional District Judge, Dindigul, is directed to dispose of E.P.No.181 of 2013 within a period 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
