Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. The petitioner having finally succeeded in civil proceedings up to this Court in S.A.No.204 of 2006, has given a representation to the 3rd respondent on 30.09.2024 for issuance of patta.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader submits that as the matter has attained finality in second appeal proceedings on 16.04.2024, the 3rd respondent being the competent authority, may be issued with necessary directions.

4. Considering the above, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 30.09.2024 and reminder, dated 09.04.2025 keeping in mind the judicial proceedings that have culminated finally in S.A.No.204 of 2006 before this Court in judgment and decree, dated 16.04.2024.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
