ORDER

The petitioner is seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's objection dated 27.03.2026. In the said representation, the petitioner has objected for the proposed Trade Union in the name of "Tirunelveli Mavatta Gangaikondan SIPCOT NOVA CARBON Thozhillar Munnettra Sangam". The petitioner's apprehension is that without considering the said objection, the first respondent is likely to register the said trade union.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that the objection filed by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law and appropriate orders will be passed after notifying the petitioner.

3. The said submission is taken on record.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the objection dated 27.03.2026 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after notifying the petitioner within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.
