ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation of the case in Crime No.163 of 2020, pending on the file of the respondent police and file final report against the accused persons. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, investigation is under progress and further he sought two months time to complete the investigation.

3.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
