ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the complaint in Ref.No.EAC25079400 dated 14.02.2025 from the second respondent police to the third respondent or any other investigation agency for proper investigation.

2. According to the petitioner, he is the defacto complainant in this case. He made a complaint to the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against one Muthuvazhivittan and others, who cheated the petitioner by creating forged document. But, as on date, no action was taken. Hence, this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's complaint is pending for enquiry.

4. The contention of the petitioner is that the respondents 1 and 2 have not taken any steps on his complaint. Hence, he seeks transfer of his complaint. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, recording 2/4

the submission of the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that the petitioner's complaint is pending for enquiry and without any valid grounds, transfer of enquiry at this stage would not arise. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
