The petitioner seeks direction to the 3rd respondent to upload the assignment patta issued to the petitioner in respect of Survey No.1589/16, at Thiruvettanallur, Madathupatti Village, Kadayanallur Taluk, Tenkasi District, in respect of which patta no.2012 has already been issued to the petitioner based on the assignment given to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. The petitioner has made a representation on 24.09.2024 and 22.10.2024 in this regard. Considering the fact that the petitioner only seeks for uploading the patta already issued to him in patta no.2012, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to take necessary steps to upload the patta in the online website, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
