Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants survey to be conducted. I am not inclined to grant the relief at this stage because the third respondent has already instituted a declaration suit before the Civil Court. Relief is granted by directing the learned District Munsif, Manapparai to dispose of O.S.No.253 of 2018 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
