ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the FIR in Crime No.11 of 2025 dated 09.04.2025 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 352, 498(A), 494 and 506(2) of IPC on the file of the third respondent to the second respondent and the second respondent to investigate further and file final report.

2. According to the petitioner, she lodged complaint before the third respondent against the respondents 4 to 7 and FIR in Crime No.11 of 2025 was registered and thereafter, no steps are taken. Hence, this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that investigation is going on in a fair manner.

4. Since the third respondent is conducting investigation in a fair manner and FIR has been registered recently, without any specific 2/4

allegation against the investigating officer and also, considering the nature of the offence, it is not appropriate to transfer the investigation at this stage. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 29.04.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Rmk To:
