ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.7 of 2025 on the file of the second respondent police as expeditiously as possible within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submits that totally there are two accused in this case, investigation in Crime No.7 of 2025 is going on and they will file a final report within two months before the jurisdictional Court.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the respondents 3 and 4, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), directs the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.7 of 2025 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
