Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent.
2. The petitioner filed O.S.No.45 of 2020 before the Sub Court, Thuraiyur, for the relief of specific performance. The matter was referred to Lok Adalath and compromise decree came to be passed. Eventually when the executive petition was filed, the executing Court executed the sale deed in favour of the writ petitioner. Since the second respondent declined to register the same, the present writ petition came to be filed.
3. When the jurisdictional civil Court had executed the sale deed in the execution proceedings, the second respondent is bound to entertain the same, register it and release it subject to fulfillment of the usual formalities.
