PRAYER IN SA(MD) No.SR41699 of 2018:

To allow this second appeal by setting aside the decree and judgment dated 04.10.2016 made in C.M.A(L.A)No.03 of 1999 on the file of Sub Court, Sivagangai.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.GUNASEELAN MUTHAIAH, Additional Government Pleader for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURIYA NARAYANAN, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Delay of 603 days in filing the above appeal shall stand condoned subject to payment of cost of Rs.2,000/-(Rupees Two Thousand Only) to the credit of Chief Justice Relief Fund, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ without further reference to this court.

If the cost is paid within the stipulated time, Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are in order and list it for hearing on 21.02.2019.
