Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned order passed by the third respondent in her proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Aa3/726/2019, dated 13.03.2019, quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue as Panchayat Secretary in Chidambarapuram Yakkopuram Village Panchayat, Vallioor Panchayat Union, Tirunelveli District, by treating the period of suspension as duty-period and to grant all attendant and monetary benefits.
