O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to withdraw the matured fixed deposit amount deposited in her account by considering her representation dated 07.03.2019.

2.Today(08.11.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submits that the petitioner has already withdrawn her deposit amount from the respondent Bank and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has circulated a letter dated 03.11.2023 to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
