When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate states that the dispute between the husband and wife, after settlement of the property by the petitioner herein/wife in favour of her husband, the dispute has been amicably settled and the petitioner herein has given letter to the investigation officer expressing her intention to withdraw the complaint. He also produced a copy of the said letter before this Court. Hence, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.

2. Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
