Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.ANANDHA RAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner to modify the condition 1/3

imposed on him by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7595 of 2024, dated 22.05.2024 that the petitioners shall stay at Thanjavur and report before the Inspector of Police, Pattukkottai Town Police Station, Thanjavur, daily at 10.30 a.m. as to report before the Thoothukudi South Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is a political party and he is having 10 previous cases and he was granted bail on 22.05.2024 and he is complying with the condition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is having some threat at Pattukkottai and seeks for modification of the earlier condition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent has also fairly confirmed that the petitioner is having life threat in Pattukkottai District.

5.
