ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 449, 380 and 302 of I.P.C. in crime No.137 of 2017, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 14.06.2017, one Pushpam, who is the mother of the defacto complainant was murdered in her house by unknown persons with deadly weapon and gold ornaments worth about Rs.42,000/- were stolen from the body of the deceased. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that on the basis of the confession of the first accused, this petitioner apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police. He would further submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence. 4.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that it is a case of murder for gain and the petitioner is having more than 15 previous cases and opposes grant of anticipatory bail https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the petitioner.

5.Taking note of the facts and circumstances, since the offence is serious in nature and considering the fact that there are 13 previous cases as against this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. sd/- 31/10/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
