ORDER
This writ petition is filed to direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal, dated 04.10.2019 on the basis of the enquiry notice dated 11.10.2019 issued by the first respondent as expeditiously as possible within the stipulated time. 2.Heard Mr.C.Jeganathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Ramesh, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed an appeal on 04.10.2019 against the fraudulent acts of the second respondent. During the pendency of the said appeal, the first respondent issued an enquiry notice dated 11.10.2019 to the petitioner calling him for enquiry on 24.10.2019. Pursuant to which, the petitioner appeared before the first respondent on 24.10.2019 and submitted all the records and gave a detailed statement. Thereafter, no action has been taken. W.P.(MD)No.12980 of 2020 4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's appeal petition dated 04.10.2019 will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law, within the time to be stipulated by this Court.
5.Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal petition dated 04.10.2019 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after providing due enquiry to the petitioner as well as the interested parties if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
