ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that Form VII notice has already been issued and encroachments have been identified. It is further undertaken that the process will be taken to its logical conclusion and all the encroachments will be removed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Due process of law shall be adhered to.
